Fees
Pricing that follows scope, not a subscription card
Most engagements are quoted as a fixed fee after a scoping conversation. The figures below are starting points for planning—not public rate cards for every entity size.
Statutory Financial Statement Audit
Fixed engagement fee quoted after a scoping call; fees reflect entity complexity, locations, and inventory count needs.
From ¥1,200,000 per engagement
From ¥480,000
Acquisition Due Diligence Review
Fixed project fee based on target size and timeline.
From ¥900,000
From ¥320,000
What moves the fee
- Number of entities and consolidating entries in the group
- Locations requiring on-site inventory observation
- Quality and completeness of working papers at fieldwork start
- First-year audits that need opening balance procedures
- Compressed timelines that require overlapping teams
What we do not charge for
There is no monthly software access fee. Travel within Kyushu for agreed fieldwork days is usually included in the engagement quote; longer domestic travel is itemized in the proposal.
Deposits
Statutory audits typically require a planning deposit of 30% upon acceptance of the engagement letter, with the balance due on draft report delivery.
