These terms govern access to platformed.digital and the framework for professional engagements with Seto Fiscal Review.
Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use. Engagement letters for financial auditing services contain additional terms that prevail for paid work.
Services described
Content on this site describes financial auditing and related assurance engagements for informational purposes. Publishing a fee range or process summary does not create an auditor–client relationship. A relationship begins only when both parties sign an engagement letter.
Intellectual property
Text, design, and brand marks on this site belong to Seto Fiscal Review or their licensors. You may not copy site materials for commercial use without written permission. Working papers and reports produced under an engagement remain subject to the engagement letter and applicable professional standards.
Accuracy of information
We aim to keep descriptions of engagements current. Site content may lag changes in professional standards or our fee guidance. Confirm details during scoping before relying on any figure or timeline.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Japan, Seto Fiscal Review is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use, including reliance on general articles in Field Notes. Liability arising from a signed engagement is limited as stated in that engagement letter and applicable professional rules.
User conduct
You may not misuse contact forms, attempt unauthorized access to site systems, or submit unlawful content. We may ignore or delete abusive submissions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Japan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes to engagement conditions are communicated in writing to active clients.
